Because of this we believe that the relationship we establish with you can be as important as any other step in the process.

Garrett Brothers do not charge any fees until the job begins. Whether we are meeting with you, or you and your designer (if you need plans), we will never charge you a fee. Our priority is to get you and your family into your new home as soon as possible, with a great experience that will last forever, and the pride of having the home of your dreams!

With Garrett Brothers you will have 2 owners watching over the construction of your home. We continually stay in contact with all parties involved, updating you with costs, projections, and a running ledger of your project. If you need design assistance, we have worked with designers that have drawn some of the most beautiful houses in North Texas.
